Women’s Health and Advocacy education seminars and curriculum-based classes are provided free of charge to the community. The curriculum-based classes include ten 90-minute sessions, intended to serve as a short-term behavior program for a group of women about 10-15 in size. The topics are intended to help build resilience, including information about:
- Goal setting
- Decision making
- Communication
- Stress and coping
The classes also focus on providing women with information about specific aspects of their health, and the topics generally covered are:
- Reproductive health
- Addictions

The materials for the classes include a corresponding curriculum addressing the above topics, and copies of our three publications:
Which Weigh?
How’s My Health?
